More about Padel

Please reach us at  if you cannot find an answer to your question.

Also known as Padel Tennis, is played on an enclosed court a bit smaller than a tennis court. It measures approximately 66 x 33 feet, and the scoring system is the same as Tennis.  The balls are the same measurement but have slightly less pressure. Padel is commonly played as a doubles format.

  • Serves: must be performed underhand and it must land inside the service box.   The ball can hit the walls after hitting the ground.
  • Racquets/Paleta:  are usually made of composite material. It is a similar racquet to the ones used in Platform tennis.
  • Balls:  only official matches required Padel balls; very similar to tennis balls but a bit smaller.
  • Scoring:  Padel uses the same scoring system as tennis. Recently, World Padel Tour introduced the "Golden Point" which occurs anytime the score is deuce during a game. Receiving team chooses which side to return from.
